Hi, I’m Jamie
I’m a Physician Assistant turned Gut Health Consultant who specializes in helping busy mamas overcome fatigue, bloating, insulin resistance through bite-size pieces.

My Journey Into Functional Health Started Back In 2016...Â
I began prioritizing my health in 2010, not out of necessity but because I was introduced to the concept that what we put in and on our bodies mattered.  I immediately felt a shift in my body when I began to make healthier changes.  However, I began to have gut symptoms a few years later and it was in the midst of that I had my first son in 2016.  My belly pain and bloating gradually worsened so I continued to eliminate parts of my diet to see if I could find the cause.  It almost seemed as if the stricter I ate, the worse I became.  After my second son was born, I knew I needed to work with someone to help me find the root cause.
After several practitioners and lots of testing….
I finally began to see not only what was going on in my gut but WHY it was happening. I began implementing daily tweaks that added up over time to lead to BIG changes. I also began to see my body as whole instead of broken and this changed how I approached my health. Â Â

Things began to change...Â
After years of being disappointed that I had chased the "perfect" diet and yet still had gut struggles and hormonal issues,  I finally gained understanding into my body and knew the path forward. My frustration was replaced with compassion and I was able to offer the grace to allow my body to heal. I began working on regulating my nervous system and working to live from a place of rest. My symptoms are SO much better. But you know what? The benefits are more than just physical. I am also able to show up better as a mama and wife. Living from a place of wholeness and restoration is so much more fun!
